  1. Who We Are
    We’re, a team passionate about helping businesses grow through our services. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we’re talking about our business. When we say "you," we mean you — our awesome client.
  2. What You Can Expect from Us
    Here’s what we promise:
    • Honest communication at every stage of the project
    • Professional and high-quality service delivery
    • Respect for your time, your goals, and your business
    • A positive, proactive attitude toward solving challenges
    We’ll always aim to deliver work that meets or exceeds the brief. If there’s ever a hiccup, we’ll talk it through and find a solution.
  3. What We Expect from You
    To give you our best, we’ll need:
    • Timely communication and responses
    • Clear feedback when revisions are needed
    • Any necessary files, access, or information relevant to your project
    • Payment as per the agreed schedule
    We believe in teamwork. The smoother our communication, the better the results.
  4. Project Timelines
    We’ll outline a project timeline before we begin. Timelines depend on how quickly we receive your input and approvals. Delays in communication may result in adjusted deadlines. Don’t worry — we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
  5. Payment & Billing
    We keep billing straightforward:
    • For one-time projects: A 100% deposit is required to kick things off. The rest is due when before the project wraps up.
    • For monthly/retainer services: Invoices go out on the 25th  of each month and are payable within 5 days.
    Late payments may result in service delays or suspension. We reserve the right to apply a late fee of  5% of the bill amount if invoices go unpaid for an extended time.
  6. Revisions
    We typically include 2 rounds of revisions in each project. Need more changes? No problem — we’ll quote you separately if we go beyond what’s included.
  7. Cancellations & Refunds
    Things happen — we get it.
    • If you cancel a project after we’ve started, any non-refundable deposit will be retained, and we’ll assess how much work has been completed to determine any partial refund.
    • For ongoing services, you can cancel any time before your next billing cycle. Just give us a heads-up.
  8. Intellectual Property & Ownership
    • Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables.
    • We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio or marketing (unless you specifically ask us not to).
    • All drafts, mockups, and unused concepts remain our property.
  9. Confidentiality
    Your trust means everything to us. Any information, strategy, or materials you share with us will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We’ll never share, sell, or misuse your data.
  10. Third-Party Tools & Services
    Sometimes, we use third-party tools or software to deliver your service like scheduling platforms, social media tools, email platforms, etc. While we only use trusted providers, we can’t guarantee their performance or availability. We’ll let you know in advance if any such tools are part of your service.
  11.  Tech & Platform Limitations
    We do our best to stay updated with platform rules Google, Meta, etc., but we can’t be held responsible for changes or downtime on third-party platforms that affect your campaign or project.
  12. Liability
    We take our work seriously and always strive for excellence, but we can’t guarantee specific results like sales, rankings, or engagement. We’re here to help you grow, but outcomes can depend on many factors outside our control.
  13. Legal Stuff
    • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
    • By working with us, you agree to these terms in full.
    • If there’s ever a serious issue, we’ll do everything we can to resolve it fairly.
  14. Updates to These Terms
    We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the updated version here. If the changes are major, we’ll notify you directly.
